Admin Job Description:
The Admin should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. The admin main tasks include managing office equipment, booking walkthrough for client’s, scheduling coaches, team members and other needs of the company. You should also be familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, excel, spreadsheets and presentations.
Admin Job Responsibility’s
Book meetings and schedule events.
Order office stationery and supplies.
Maintain internal databases.
Submit expense reports.
Keep employee records (physical and digital).
Maintain a filing system for data on clients.
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Prepare regular reports and presentations.
Organize, store and print company documents as needed.
Answer and redirect phone calls.
Handle queries from coaches and employees about the needs of schedule, meetings etc.
Update office policies and ensure compliance with them.
Maintain training programs for all employees and assuring every employee understands the needs and stays consistent with company polices.
Admin Requirements and Skills
Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
Knowledge of office policies and procedures.
Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
High school diploma: additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus.
Have worked 6 months to a year as a coach.

Detail Tech Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Detailed Tech to join our cleaning company. The Detailed Technician will be responsible for cleaning our client’s homes and business properties professionally and timely. We want our detail technicians to know the proper administration of cleaning chemicals and the effective methods to perform cleaning tasks correctly. As our company’s detail Tech, your essential duties will involve sanitizing, disinfecting, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping etc., all assigned areas of client’s property.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently and follow instructions. You must maintain a respectful and honest manner as you are a representative of chemfree cleaning company LLC. You must perform all tasks assigned to you and be physically capable of performing light to strenuous labor.
Detailed Tech Responsibility’s
Travel to client’s property in a timely and professional manner.
Most keep a positive and friendly attitude.
Most be able to take feedback.
Don’t have a issues working around pets or small children.
Review cleaning tasks or list for each property.
Sanitize and disinfect all high touch surface areas.
Clean bathrooms; vanities, sinks, mirrors, toilets, showers, and tubs.
Sweep & mop floors.
Dust all surface areas, shelving, and ceiling fans.
Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
Dust blinds and clean windows.
Detail Tech Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Must pass a background check.
Reliable and self-motivated.
Good understanding of cleaning supplies and products we use.
Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift 20 pounds.
Must be able to stand and bend for extended periods.

- Must have working transportaion. (No uber or public transportation.
- Most are able to pass a background check.
All employees will be on a 90-day probation period before fully being hired.
